Our spectacles are subject to quality control through the process of individual manufacture. If for any reason they do not pass our strict standards, we will remake them.
Our frames are covered by a two year warranty. We will repair or replace a frame if it is defective due to faulty manufacturing. The coatings on the lenses have a two year warranty against faulty manufacture.
Dwyer & Ross Optometrists offer an unconditional 6 month warranty, if you have trouble adapting to your new eyewear. This is especially reassuring if you are trying progressive lenses for the first time.
Dwyer & Ross Optometrists exclusive one year warranty provides peace of mind. If you should accidentally damage your prescription eyewear within 12 months of purchase, Dwyer & Ross will repair or replace your eyewear, once only, at no cost to you. This warranty does not apply to our Maui Jim or Zeal range.
